Retained & Exclusive Assignments:
These assignments are primarily undertaken for senior, strategic and business critical positions. By engaging our services on these mandates we work in close partnership with our clients to ensure we identify, target and introduce the best fit individuals in the market.
Through our in depth understanding of our clients needs we are able to identify not only those with the best experience, but also those who are the best cultural fit. Our approach to identifying talent is always tailored based on the specific requirements of our client. Our methods range from utilising our strong referrals network to market mapping through various web based search methods. Upon completion of the Identification phase, Insearch presents a ‘long list’ of individuals to the client which upon further consultation is reduced to a target ‘short list’.
Given suitable individuals are very often not actively in the market, identifying them is only the first step in the process. Insearch consultants use their vast experience and people skills to approach these individuals in the correct manner and successfully communicate the benefits of the opportunity. This results in extremely high success rates of facilitating introductions between our clients and candidates.
When working on a retained assignment we are committed to ensuring the successful placement of the position. We manage the entire process from introduction, to interviews, to offer negotiations, to post placement until a successful conclusion is reached.
Contingent Assignments:
Contingent assignments are generally undertaken for mid level vacancies where there is a greater pool of potential candidates and the client requires a quicker turnaround time in filling the vacancy.
As a result of our market presence and knowledge, Insearch consultants are in constant contact with candidates across all areas of specialty and we therefore maintain an extensive, up to date candidate database. This combined with rapid access to market referrals allows us to put forward suitable candidates much quicker than relying on traditional advertising led recruitment.
If it is deemed that on or off line advertising will complement a search then it is something that Insearch will undertake as part of the process, however, we recognise that our point of difference lies in providing candidates that are not easily accessible to internal recruitment teams or other agencies, therefore, advertising is never our first or only approach to sourcing candidates for contingent assignments.
Contract & Interim Assignments:
Our clients often have a requirement for contractors on a short term or interim basis. By working in close partnership with our clients, Insearch is well positioned to provide appropriate candidates with the necessary skill sets to carry out specific assignments.
Insearch maintains a database of candidates available for contract assignments. We ensure these candidates have been pre screened for quick turnaround in fulfilling contract requirements. We take all necessary care in adhering to employment legislation and providing ongoing consultation to both clients and candidates throughout the contracting period.
