Our core focus is on the recruitment of mid to senior level positions across General Insurance. The success of our business is based on two key principles: Our knowledge and our approach.

Depending on the client mandate, we tailor the search process to ensure we are targeting all suitable candidates, as opposed to all available candidates. By leveraging our strong networks and actively headhunting we achieve a high level of success in filling client vacancies. This approach gives us a competitive advantage over more traditional advertising led recruitment.
